Management

Mirosława Skupińska Dr.


Graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań with specialization in Molecular Biology. Her PhD thesis, written and defended in the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences, was a study into discovering and practical application of compounds that can be applied in treatment of bacterial diseases.

Her research primarily concerns the design and the search of new therapeutic agents for use in human and veterinary medicine and diagnostics. She gained her experience include working in established pharmaceutical companies, e.g. Merck and Jerini as well as leading bioinformatics companies.

Her fascination and passion for science combined with business knowledge enables a swift transfer of knowledge and strengthens the links between the research and development of entrepreneurs.

She participated in numerous research projects, at national and international level, funded by the budget of MNiSW, NCN, NCBiR, FP6, FP7, etc. also as a manager and leader of the consortium. The winner of numerous scholarships and the winner of the national competition for the best, most innovative business project Darboven Idee Grant in 2012.

Agnieszka Belter Dr.


Doctor of Chemistry in Biochemistry. Graduate of Biotechnology at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and postgraduate studies in strategy acquisition and management of EU funds at the University of Economics in Poznan.

Thoroughly competent in the field of life sciences, molecular biology and genetic engineering through many years of research work in state research institutes (Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry, Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznan University of Economics). Currently assistant at the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences, where she performs research to develop new tools anti-miRNA with potential use in the treatment of brain tumors.

Her business experience was acquired in cooperation with the private R&D sector (AdvaChemLab, BioInfoBank Institute, Innogene, DNA Research Center, Inova +. Author and executor of numerous research and development projects under FP6, FP7 and national programs, manager in four of them and leader of the international consortium. Multiple scholarship-holder from Federation of European Biochemical Societies (FEBS), The Onassis Foundation, the Provincial Labour Office, the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry.
